Bare bones shop with the best espresso in town, plus wifi

Everyman Espresso is consistently brewing the best coffee in the city. Full stop. I favor the SoHo location, where you can get a cup prepared in the geeky (in a good way) methods like pour-over, alongside adventurous beverages like the espresso Old Fashioned, a non-alcoholic coffee cocktail with lemon and perfectly pulled espresso. Owners Sam Penix and Sam Lewontin are legends and longtime leaders in the New York coffee scene, known for taking caffeinated beverages to a new level. The duo opened their first location ahead of the current trend, and are both winners of the National Barista Championship. The shop’s slogan ‘damn fine’ simply does not do the place justice.
