Does anyone remember when I used to post a #dailycortado every single day? That tradition was born at the original location of Gasoline Alley, when my barista Katie Tague served me my very first cortado. It remains one of my favorite spots to sit in one of the four counter seats by the window, sipping Intelligentsia coffee while people watching through the glass. The nostalgia for my early days on Instagram doesn’t hurt either.
